By signing in to or using the service, you acknowledge these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not accept them, do not connect an account or use the service.

Access license

General users must complete Firebase Google Sign-In and receive owner approval before using the service. The OpenAI reviewer uses a separately provisioned test account. Users receive limited, revocable, nonexclusive access to retrieve information or test workflows within their assigned roles. Do not share an account, token, session, or sign-in information with another person.

Information scope

Outputs are informational, non-regulated references. They are not a diagnosis, treatment order, patient-specific dose, manufacturing instruction, laboratory certification, or production-lot release. Before making a real-world decision, users must review the source evidence, professional requirements, law, and applicable quality-control process.

User responsibilities

• Use your own account and keep credentials confidential.
• Review outputs and their limitations before citing or relying on them.
• Do not submit patient data, identifiable health information, passwords, tokens, or secrets to the tools.
• Promptly report suspicious activity or unauthorized access.

Prohibited use

• Bypassing owner approval, provider binding, rate limits, OAuth, PKCE, or other security measures.
• Using outputs as a substitute for clinical, legal, regulatory, or quality-control review.
• Making claims beyond the evidence or source rights, or falsely implying professional or governmental endorsement.
• Interfering with, vulnerability-testing, or damaging the service without written authorization.

Sources and intellectual property

Rights in the service, software, and data organization remain with their respective rights holders. Each source has its own rights and provenance boundaries. Access to the service does not transfer rights in source material or authorize republication beyond the stated rights.

Suspension and changes

The provider may revoke sessions, suspend accounts, apply rate limits, stop the service, or change functions in response to security, accuracy, data-rights, maintenance, or legal risks. Public access remains subject to the applicable review and approval processes.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service applies fail-closed controls and seeks to state its limitations clearly, but it does not guarantee that information is complete, error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose. The provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Thai law and does not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit the provider to exclude.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Thai law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand. As appropriate, users should first contact chivasat.clinic@gmail.com to request review and attempt to resolve the issue.
